EHV MA1 vs PW MA1. 3 – 0 Gewonnen.
A rubbish 1st half from EHV. No concentration, no structural build and no communication. Our girls were in Coo-Coo Land. I had a feeling that all of them had heavy weights attached to their legs. A quick substitution in the front line brought Hanna into the field and within 1 minute she scored the first goal which was well deserved. Well done Hanna!
EHV as a team could have played SO much better.
I will now ‘Fast Forward’ (as if using a video) to the half time break. Our Girls knew that their performance was well short of OK. A positive discussion was had and a few coaching points were given. A new opstelling was made and EHV lined up for the start of the 2nd half. What an entirely different game!
Literally 35 minutes of playing in our attacking half of the field. EHV made chance after chance to score but failed to convert their efforts into goals. Eventually Jamie and Floor, with a goal a piece, sealed the deal.

Man of the Match this week goes to our Keeper Rowen Simons. She stood on the field for 70 minutes with very little to do but when she had to work she defended her area perfectly. Rowen remained 100% focused for the entire game. Well played young lady!
